Robert Duncan is a retired Homicide Detective with 34 years of experience in law enforcement. During that time, he worked in patrol, in a specialized unit, as a certified training officer, and as a major crimes / homicide detective. In his career, his duties included patrol officer duties, undercover operations, surveillance, drug interdiction, community interactions and support, background investigations, and officer training. The latter part of his career, he was assigned to the Major Crimes / Homicide Detective division. While in that unit he was lead detective on numerous capital murder, kidnapping, officer involved shooting, robbery, missing persons, animal cruelty, and other major felony cases.
